Chris Welch / The Verge: Many customers on Verizon and its MVNO Visible have reported receiving spam text messages from their own phone number over the last few days  —  Did you recently get a spam text... from yourself?  You're not alone  —  This morning, I received a very blatant spam text offering me “a little gift” for supposedly paying my phone bill.
